NEW WATER AND TRASH PAYMENT PROCEDURE

At the April council meeting, the council voted unanimously to have water and trash billing managed by Diversified Technology, the same provider of our billing software.  The account migration and setup were expected to go live by July first, but a few steps took a little longer than expected, which is why the bills were late. 

When you receive your bill, you will notice it comes with a business return envelope and a new billing address.  There is also a new payment portal, the Citizen Action Center (CAC), that allows you to pay your bill and view your account information.  For those of you who like to pay in cash, you can still stop at the office to make your payment.  If you use online bill pay through your bank, please be sure to update your account with the new billing address. 

Please note, with the exception of cash payments, water and trash payments will no longer be accepted at the borough office.  Please utilize the return envelope enclosed with your bill.
