There may be a time when an emergency takes place in our community due to a power outage, storm, water emergency, or other hazardous condition.
We are currently limited to delivering emergency notifications door to door, which takes time and people. Vital or time-sensitive information may need to be rapidly communicated to residents and businesses long before they get home from work to read a notice posted on their front door.

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS REQUEST IS IN RESPONSE TO A MANDATE OF THE US ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY, TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR SERVICE LINE, AND RETURN THE INFORMATION TO THE BOROUGH NO LATER THAN JUNE 1ST.

WATER METER UPGRADE
We are nearing the completion of the water meter upgrade and need your patience and cooperation to cross the finish line. Alex Buono, the plumber hired by the borough for this project, will contact the remaining property owners to schedule an appointment to complete the required work. The meter replacement is necessary to ensure compatibility with the billing software upgrade.
TO ENSURE THE SOFTWARE CAN BE INSTALLED IN TIME FOR THE SECOND QUARTER BILLING,
THE DEADLINE FOR THE METER REPLACEMENT IS JUNE 1ST.

BULK TRASH PICKUP
ANY MATTRESS AND/OR BOXSPRING THAT IS PUT OUT FOR BULK TRASH PICKUP MUST BE COMPLETELY AND SECURELY WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. ITEMS NOT WRAPPED IN PLASTIC WILL BE LEFT AT THE CURB. (PER WASTE MANAGEMENT PROTOCOL)
Borough Council meetings are held the first Thursday of the month starting at 7:00 PM.
